To register and maintain an account on the rs222 platform, you must satisfy the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. rs222 does not permit access to its gaming services by any person under 21. If at any point it is determined that a member is under the required age, the account will be suspended immediately and any funds held may be forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own individual capacity. Corporate registrations are not accepted.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the platform from any jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of rs222 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, affiliate, agent, or immediate family member of an employee or director of rs222 or any of its associated entities.
• You must not already hold another active rs222 account. rs222 enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any associated balances may be voided.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid form of contact. rs222 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. You may be asked to provide a copy of a valid government-issued identity document, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any stage. Failure to complete KYC verification to rs222's satisfaction may result in restrictions on withdrawals or account closure.

You are solely and fully responsible for all activity that occurs within your rs222 account. This responsibility encompasses the following obligations:

• Credential Security: You must keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. You must not share your account with any other person, including family members. rs222 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Immediate Notification: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify rs222 support immediately via live chat on the platform.
• Single Account Rule: Each individual may hold only one active rs222 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a violation of this Agreement.
• Contact Information: You must ensure that your registered email address, phone number, and payment method details remain current and accurate. Outdated contact information may delay identity verification and withdrawal processing.
• Account Currency: All transactions on the rs222 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not support multi-currency accounts.

rs222 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks at any time, including but not limited to verification of identity, age, address, and the source of funds deposited into the account.

rs222 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer. All deposit and withdrawal requests are processed in PKR. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Minimum Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts are specified within the cashier section of the rs222 platform and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the cashier section. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable verification checks.
• Withdrawal to Original Method: rs222 applies an anti-money laundering policy requiring that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically feasible. This policy may be subject to specific conditions outlined in the cashier section.
• No Third-Party Payments: You may not deposit using a payment account that belongs to a third party. All deposits must originate from an account or wallet held in your own name and verified under your KYC profile.
• Pending Wagering Requirements: Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied. Attempted withdrawal of funds under a wagering lock may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Transaction Fees: rs222 does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR transactions. Standard charges applied by your bank or mobile money provider are outside rs222's control and will not be reimbursed.

rs222 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending the outcome of a security review, fraud investigation, or KYC verification check. If a transaction is found to have been funded using fraudulent means, rs222 reserves the right to void the transaction and close the associated account.

rs222 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out here.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to members who have completed KYC verification and meet any additional eligibility criteria stated in the promotion details. rs222 reserves the right to exclude any member from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports bets, slots, and live casino games may contribute at different percentage rates. The contribution table for each active promotion is available within the promotions section of the rs222 platform.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may not activate multiple bonuses simultaneously unless the promotion terms expressly permit it. If multiple bonuses are claimed in violation of this rule, rs222 may void the duplicate bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Bonus Abuse: rs222 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to: matched betting strategies designed to eliminate risk, systematic exploitation of free spin terms, and collusion between accounts. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse may have its bonus voided, associated winnings forfeited, and the account closed.
• Expiry: Unclaimed bonuses and unused free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses will be removed from the account without notice.

rs222 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a member has already opted in and met the stated conditions, rs222 will honour the bonus at its discretion on a case-by-case basis.

All bets placed on the rs222 platform are governed by the following general rules, in addition to the sport-specific and game-specific rules published within the platform:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until rs222's system has accepted and confirmed it. In the event of a technical failure occurring before confirmation, the bet will be void and the stake returned to the member's account balance.
• Odds Changes: For pre-match sports bets, odds are locked at the time the bet is confirmed. For in-play betting markets, odds fluctuate in real time and the odds at the moment of confirmation constitute the final settled odds for that selection.
• Void Bets: rs222 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a clear pricing error, technical malfunction, or event cancellation. Voided bets result in the return of the original stake to the member's balance.
• Maximum Payouts: Individual bet payouts are subject to maximum payout limits specified within the sports betting and casino sections of the platform. rs222 is not obligated to pay any winnings in excess of stated maximum payout limits.
• RNG Certification: All casino games and slots offered on the rs222 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. The outcomes of all games are determined solely by the certified RNG and cannot be influenced by rs222 or any other party.
• PSL and Cricket Markets: Live PSL and international cricket betting markets are subject to the official match result as determined by the relevant governing body. In the event of a disputed result, rs222 may withhold settlement pending official confirmation.

rs222 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close betting markets at any time, including in response to unusual betting patterns or information that may suggest market manipulation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rs222 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, potential forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities where required by law:

• Providing false or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC, or communication with rs222 support
• Registering or operating more than one account per individual
• Using or attempting to use stolen, borrowed, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund an account
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the platform to facilitate any financial crime
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human use
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are not valid and will be voided
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward rs222 staff or other members
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited and where rs222 has not received applicable regulatory clearance

All content on the rs222 platform — including but not limited to the rs222 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game content, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of rs222 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the rs222 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or redistributing any rs222 content without prior written consent
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any platform software
• Using the rs222 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written authorisation
• Creating derivative works based on rs222 content

Any unauthorised use of rs222 intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rs222, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the rs222 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds resulting from technical failures beyond rs222's reasonable control
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional content
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment service providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials

rs222's total aggregate liability to any member in respect of any single claim or series of connected claims shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

rs222 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the rs222 Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes
• rs222 does not sell or rent personal data to third parties for marketing purposes
• Transaction data including deposit and withdrawal records are retained in accordance with applicable AML and financial record-keeping requirements
• Members may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting rs222 support, subject to legal retention obligations

rs222 is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment for all members. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within every verified member account:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control their spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory review period.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure session duration reminders to receive alerts after a specified period of play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Members may apply a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who feel they need a longer break may apply for self-exclusion for a period of 6 months or more. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked and cannot be reopened before the exclusion period expires.

rs222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the member against rs222
• Persistent bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotional terms
• Regulatory or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure

Members who wish to voluntarily close their rs222 account may do so by contacting support via live chat. Voluntary closures are processed within 5 business days. Any verified, unlocked balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the member via their registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing terms and the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Where an account is closed by rs222 due to a breach of this Agreement, rs222 reserves the right to retain any balance in the account pending the resolution of any outstanding investigation or claim.

rs222 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, rs222 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered members in advance via a notification within the platform or to the email address registered on the member's account.

Your continued use of the rs222 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 11.

The current version of these Terms and Conditions is always available at rs222.club/terms-conditions and supersedes all previous versions. The effective date displayed at the top of this document indicates the date from which the current version applies.
